Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all employees and visitors. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report when replenishment is needed. Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks as required. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

Strong ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in various settings. Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required. Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with staff and management as needed.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
