Janitorial Area Supervisor

Everclean is a large successful Facility Services company, and we are currently hiring a Full-time Operations Supervisor in Vancouver, BC. We lead the industry by providing value-added cleaning solutions to our clients and we differentiate by taking care and empowering our people.

Wage Range:

$55,000 - $60,000 annually

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee and supervise daily cleaning tasks such as garbage removal, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and floor maintenance. Ensure consistent, high-quality service by monitoring and managing staff performance. Conduct routine inspections to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to standards. Operate and monitor industrial cleaning equipment within the facility. Provide administrative support, including timely and accurate reporting. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing site operations to ensure full coverage and efficient operations. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of janitorial & sanitation experience. Previous leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:

+ WHMIS & HACCP certification is preferred. + A valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract is required.
Ability to work weekends and evening/night shifts when necessary to meet operational demands. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and operate janitorial equipment. Positive, customer service-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in people management, scheduling, and quality control.
