Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cleaner/Superintendent to join our dynamic building maintenance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the building and maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of the premises. This position requires excellent communication skills, being handy and having a comprehensive understanding of maintenance processes and standards. The aforementioned position will ensure that the building is in optimal condition at all times, and that all sub-contractor abide by the industry standards and regulations.

Duties

Overseeing daily operations on the job site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Performs all daily cleaning duties Supervise subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow. Oversee and maintain the waste management systems of the building. Thorough communication with residents and management of the building. Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards. Maintain overall cleanliness and frequent inspection of the premises. Punctuality and wearing the uniform at all times.

Qualifications

Knowledge of quality control practices within the construction field. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for all personnel on-site.
