The Position - Janitor - Part Time

Qualifications that you bring to the position;

Commence work at 8am - 1pm. Monday-Friday Exceptional attention to detail Pleasant mannerism and demeanor Self starter - must complete all daily tasks satisfactorily Ability to lift 20 kgs regularly Be on your feet all the time Excellent communication skills in English ( written and spoken ) Well-organized, highly responsible Determines appropriate cleaning materials, supplies, tools, and equipment needed to accomplish job Requisitions supplies, equipment, tools, and materials as needed. Maintains cleaning records Gather and empty trash and recycling Properly mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, mirrors, and fixtures using both step and extension ladders Maintain an inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies Be comfortable driving a mechanical floor sweeper Safely use a motorized cardboard shredder Monitor, identify and reportpossible repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing, and electrical systems Observe appearances and conditions of premises and equipment; reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring outside vendor services
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
