Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within our facilities. This position requires a proactive individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing a clean and safe environment for all employees and visitors.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring sanitary conditions. Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed to uphold facility standards. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed. Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks as required to support overall upkeep. Report any repairs or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively and efficiently. Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required. Ability to maintain a positive attitude while performing repetitive tasks. Good physical stamina with the capability to lift and move items as needed. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
