We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all employees and visitors. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met. Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and surfaces throughout the facility. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with safety regulations. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report when restocking is necessary. Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure optimal operation of the building. Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

Experience in commercial cleaning preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.17-$25.42 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
