We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities. This role is essential to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors. The Janitor will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance, to uphold the standards of our organization.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and surfaces throughout the facility. Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a clean environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service in maintaining a clean environment. Clean record check and own vehicle.
