ANC currently has a Janitorial contract position available at its mill site operations for a 1\xe2\x80\x90year contract. The ideal candidate for the position is detail\xe2\x80\x90oriented, flexible and willing to take on both routine and non-routine cleaning, and special projects as needed.

Some Janitorial responsibilities include:

• Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed
• Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick\xe2\x80\x90up
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
• Ensure supply rooms are maintained and fully equipped
• Complete non\xe2\x80\x90routine cleaning according to specified job orders
• Must have the physical capability to: sweep, mop, vacuum, steam clean, wax, stock shelves, lift up to 30 lbs.

Working as part of the Janitorial team, this is a position that requires (and provides) flexibility in scheduling while meeting demands of the plant. This position is predominantly an evening shift (from 3pm to 9pm) and requires weekend coverage on a scheduled rotation. There is potential for more hours on an as needed basis.

Grade 12 diploma or equivalent and a valid class 5 driver\xe2\x80\x99s license are required. The successful candidate must have their own transportation and be able to work in\xe2\x80\x90person at the ANC mill site.

Previous industrial janitorial experience is a definite asset.
