Job Overview



We are seeking an engaged and detail-oriented Document Processor to join our team. This role is ideal for an intermediate to senior level candidate with a strong background in document formatting and processing, document control, and documentation workflows in a consulting or technical environment.

Responsibilities



Document formatting and quality control of project and proposal deliverables such as reports and specifications using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Document control and management, including version tracking, naming conventions, and filing using Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive). Document issuance, transmittals, and distribution to clients and project teams in alignment with company processes and procedures. Support the development and upkeep of document templates, style guides, and other resources. Work with the document processing and administrative team to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely delivery of accurate documentation. Assist with general office administration as required.

Requirements



5+ years of relevant experience in document processing, preferably in a consulting engineering or professional services environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Acrobat. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

Assets



Experience with macros and document/workflow automation. Experience with Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint and OneDrive. Knowledge of engineering terminology and document standards. Familiarity with document management systems, databases, and electronic/digital signatures. Background in office administration and supporting project teams. Experience using AI workflows and tools.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
