Job Description

Context

As part of a major project to set up a Data Lake, CGI is looking for a Scrum Master to supervise and guide a specialized team of data engineers (ADFS) towards best practices in Agility.

Responsibilities:

You will implement and maintain Agile / Scrum practices at the service of the ADFS project team.
You will accompany the agile team to the next level of performance and maturity.
You will help this team remove obstacles that could prevent them from achieving business goals.
You will establish and maintain a trusting and open environment that promotes sharing and problem solving within the team.
You will facilitate communications, improve transparency and disseminate information.
You will train team members, especially in delivering value iteratively.
You will supervise and support the Product Owner (PO, Product Owner), in particular in the management of the product backlog.
You will work closely with the Agile Coach and Scrum Masters team, to cultivate and build the Agile culture and practices within the team.

Requirements:

4 years of relevant experience in a scrum master position
In-depth expertise in agile ceremonies
Development squad leadership experience
