Job Description

The DE&I Consultant for Talent Acquisition provides a wide range of complex and confidential support to the Talent Acquisition Team. This role is great for a proactive candidate who enjoys working within a result driven entrepreneurial environment. This candidate works with highly confidential information and will require high level of professionalism and integrity. The Consultant will work both independently and collaboratively on projects, from conception to completion, with a focus on prioritization and maintain balance between priorities. High level of expertise in written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are necessary to this role. This role will be that of a collaborative partner and trusted liaison across the company to support Talent Acquisition's DE&I strategic priorities.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1.Provide support and coordination to Community Partners as they pertain to Talent Acquisition and execution of events. Oversee Community Partner metrics associated with ensuring full integration and success of business plans and Talent Acquisition targets
2.Follow-up on support functions to gain insight on projects, progress and road blocks that need to be addressed
3.Provide administrative support in coordination with partnerships, onboarding of vendors, additions to learning platforms, and BU specific collaboration opportunities
4.Manage internal communications platforms to increase TA team's awareness and engagement in DE&I programs and initiatives, and coordination with external communication to provide 360 degree messaging on DE&I
5.Support the development of external strategic partnerships to advance DE&I related goals and objectives
6.Project manage a broad spectrum of activities ranging from highly strategic to tactical and play a key role in helping the organization focus on achieving DEI goals
7.Support in the preparation of presentations and communications
8.Works closely with DE&I Council, DE&I team, and Support functions to facilitate execution of key DE&I projects and initiatives, providing analytical and project management support
9.Support metric data collection, analysis and reporting at the SBU level, and in response to BU specific requests
10.Work with support function to provide monthly updates on budget, partnerships, progress on business plan initiatives

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Education

  • Education in business or HR related field
Experience and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years' experience in DE&I/Recruitment administration
  • Bilingual in French and English is strongly preferred as this is a global role
  • Ability to manipulate and consolidate reports
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with the proven ability to manage a workload with competing priorities, highly organized with the ability to multitask
  • Advanced Microsoft Office tools that includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Must have authorization to work in Canada
