CGI is offering an exciting opportunity as an Implementation Coordinator. As a senior member of CGI's national practice providing retail banking solutions and services to credit unions, you will be joining an experienced and dynamic team of global IT professionals serving our clients across Canada and the world.

As the implementation coordinator manager, you will coordinate and manage tasks required to support the planning, onboarding (implementation) and launch of the core banking upgrade to all Credit Unions commencing with the pilot. Activities include working with the project team and credit unions to schedule work, manage issues/risks/decisions/actions, and maintain progress tracking information and materials by Credit Union.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, track and report on CU activities including pilot CU
• Assign tasks to teams and assist with schedule management
• Build (in collaboration with team members) and manage dashboard of KPIs and success metrics for launch(es)
• Identify, report and analyze risks and opportunities
• Monitor deployment progress, escalate issues as needed
• Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders within the program team, credit unions and partners (e.g., centrals, third-party integration partners, etc.)
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through alignment with program standards and guidelines

Other Responsibilities:

• Maintain a solid understanding of software testing best practices, methodologies, and terminologies
• 100% adherence to CGI policies (Member Commitment to the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Dress Code, Travel, Expenses, etc.)
• Follow project management processes (i.e., Change Management, Configuration Management, etc.)

Required Experience:

• Proven work experience as a BA, PCO, Implementation Coordinator or similar role
• Experience in project life cycle, from conception to delivery
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Products (excel in particular)
• Experience coordinating dynamic projects with geographically dispersed teams.

Nice to Have:

• Project Management / Agile certifications
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Wrike
• Understanding of the Atlantic Credit Union system
• Experience in retail banking and/or credit union space

Soft Skills:

• Self-motivated with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance immediate and longer term tasks and requirements
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive tasks through to completion
• Demonstrate the ability to provide information and ideas in a clear, comprehensive, concise and organized manner

Required Level of Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
