Lococo Wellness Clinic is a naturopathic clinic and is passionate about helping patients to heal using their bodies innate capabilities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, health conscious IV Administrator to join our team.

A successful candidate must also be able to commit to 3-5 hours per week. NOTE: must be comfortable working flexible hours which may change week to week. Possibility for more hours after initial trial period.

We are looking for someone who:

Is a registered nurse or registered practical nurse in Ontario

Has IV administration experience

Has IV compounding experience

Experience with difficult/small veins

Experience with phlebotomy

Medical/first aid experience

Speaks fluent English

Available to work flexible days

Experience in managing inventory

Knows how to perform vital signs

Is CPR certified

Has knowledge of the medical field and alternative medicine considered an asset

Thrives in a multi-task role

Enjoys a fast-paced environment

Order/maintaining IV supplies

Quality control

Performing vital signs

Reviewing IV consent

Ensuring patient is comfortable

Administering first aid if necessary

Clean up (IV room and lab in between patients, after compounding, etc.)

Welcomes patients and visitors

Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization

Keeps patient appointments on schedule

Helps patients in distress in case of emergencies.

Communicates clearly and efficiently with practitioners to ensure a positive experience for patients

Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.

Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week
