Overview
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an experienced ITSM Assurance Analyst (Change and Problem Management Specialist) to join our Technology Enablement and Support team. You\xe2\x80\x99ll define, implement, and maintain change and problem management processes to ensure that changes are implemented in a controlled, standardized manner in accordance with IT policies and procedures, while ensuring minimal impact to customers. Your role in IT problem management will include leading problem review meetings to drive out the root cause, complete trend analyses, and participate in critical incident situations.

At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines the convenience of working remotely with the dynamism of working in one of our offices, based on the operational needs of the position. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work primarily from your B.C. home and occasionally in our Richmond office.
