Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario is a network of 22, one-stop service hubs where young people ages 12 to 25 years have walk-in access to youth-centered, community-based mental health and wellness services informed by youth, family members and service providers. The hubs are provincially-consistent in core features and locally led and adapted to offer and connect to a range of evidence-based services\xe2\x80\x94mental health care, substance use, primary care, education, employment, housing, peer support, family support and care navigation\xe2\x80\x94in youth-friendly spaces. Outcomes are rigorously evaluated within and across hubs focusing on positive outcomes in areas of wellness important to youth and their families. This initiative engages youth, family members and other stakeholders through a co-creation process, ensuring services are designed and delivered according to their needs. The YWHO Provincial Office (YWHO PO) is responsible for the collection and reporting of descriptive, service utilization and outcome data from YWHO sites across the province. YWHO PO is also establishing a Virtual Hub that involves developing and implementing an innovative, purpose-built virtual one-stop-shop service platform that provides a range of fully integrated, developmentally-appropriate youth services, and that amplifies the unique capacities of virtual platforms to deliver youth supports and services in engaging and effective ways. The YWHO PO at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is currently seeking two (2) System Administrator/Helpdesk Support positions. The System Administrator is a key role that supports YWHO\xe2\x80\x99s integrated data collection platform as well as the new Virtual Care platform. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams within YWHO and across CAMH and works closely with communities providing Youth Wellness Hubs across Ontario. You will be part of a team that supports the implementation and maintenance of the data collection and virtual care platforms, focusing on providing help to clinicians and service providers across the province who are using integrated data platforms, making enhancements and improvements to the both platforms and liaising with the vendors to ensure the platforms meet the needs of YWHO and the users. You will respond to YWHO staff/management and external service providers\xe2\x80\x99 technical and data management needs which includes but is not limited to managing site and user accounts, understanding reporting needs, troubleshooting and technical assistance, updating forms and features, supporting coordination of translations, system administration of both data platforms, and special projects as determined by user needs. The System Administrator/Helpdesk Support position also provides input, testing and training for each platform, supports tracking of platform changes, and will work on developing and updating materials to support training and ongoing learning needs. You will work with YWHO Provincial Office staff as well as external YWHO stakeholders across the province; therefore, you will be required to work within this type of environment and can communicate effectively using web-conferencing, email and teleconferencing. This position is located in Toronto, and follows a hybrid work arrangement, with the option to work remotely more than in-person. Qualifications: The successful candidates will possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, preferably in a computer-related or social sciences field and 3 years of relevant experience. In addition, the candidate must have 3 years of experience with frontline customer service, service request fulfilment and trouble shooting. Advanced knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in computerized systems and applications including databases used in health and social sectors is also required. Experience working in the mental health and addictions and/or youth services sector is required. You will ensure that YWHO values are incorporated into your work, particularly regarding youth-centredness, and that engagement and collaboration are centred in your interactions with platform users. You will have strong interpersonal skills as well as effective organizational skills to work as part of a distributed team relying on telephone, web conference and email communications to collaborate on work. Knowledge and experience documenting communications in a helpdesk application is required. Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment with minimal supervision are required. Experience supporting users of health data management systems and/or digital health solutions (preferably in the mental health sector) is a strong asset. Bilingualism (French/English) is strongly preferred. Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.
