We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for technical issues via help desk tickets, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across various operating systems.
Assist users with VPN connectivity and firewall configurations to ensure secure access to company resources.
Maintain and monitor computer networking systems to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize tools such as Jira and ServiceNow for tracking issues and managing support requests.
Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base for common issues encountered by users.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide timely updates on issue resolution.
Skills
Extensive expertise in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams Administration.
Proficient in Windows Server Administration, including Domain Controller, File Server, and Business Application Servers.
Provide comprehensive support to end users for software, hardware, peripherals, and network connectivity issues via e-access and web-based ticketing systems.
Prepare and deploy new computer systems, ensuring they are fully functional before release to new users.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in computer systems.
Configure and troubleshoot email accounts across various email programs.
Assist the network administrator in managing firewalls across all locations.
Willingness to travel to satellite offices to resolve network issues.
Capable of installing and setting up Wireless Access Points.
Managed security platforms, including EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), MDR (Managed Detection and Response), and SOC (Security Operations Center).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
