Join Our Team as an Italian Language Instructor!

Are you passionate about sharing the beauty of the Italian language and culture? We're looking for an enthusiastic instructor to teach highly motivated adult professionals in a dynamic, supportive, and engaging environment.

What You'll Do:

Inspire learners through student-centered lessons based on the Communicative Language Teaching Approach. Teach speaking, listening, reading, writing, and comprehension while weaving in Italy's rich cultural, social, economic, and geopolitical context. Follow the training plan (curriculum) while bringing your own creativity and authentic resources to the classroom. Use technology and multimedia tools to create varied and meaningful learning experiences. Collaborate with fellow instructors and contribute to a vibrant teaching community.

What We're Looking For:

A highly proficient speaker of Italian with a passion for teaching. A bachelor's degree in linguistics, languages, literature, foreign language teaching, philology, or a related field (or at least 500 hours of teaching Italian to adults if the degree is in another field). Teaching experience with adult learners. A deep knowledge and appreciation of Italian culture. Proficiency in English and/or French (Canada's official languages). Confidence in using technology, multimedia tools, and mobile devices to support learning. Willingness to take part in training and orientation sessions. Flexibility to teach both onsite and online.
