Ecryate is a social innovation startup dedicated to reimagining art practices and home decorations for a sustainable future. They challenge the use of environmentally harmful materials by creating and promoting eco-friendly alternatives. Ecryate offers hands-on eco-art workshops, team-building activities, and is in market research stage for eco-friendly paints and pigments to reduce environmental impact.

Elle remet en question l'utilisation de materiaux nocifs pour l'environnement en creant et en promouvant des alternatives ecoresponsables. Ecryate propose des ateliers pratiques d'art ecologique, des activites de consolidation d'equipe, et est en phase de recherche de marche pour developper des peintures et pigments ecologiques visant a reduire l'impact environnemental.
Tasks
This is a volunteer remote or hybrid role for an IT & Web Design (UI/UX) Volunteer at Ecryate located in Montreal, QC. The volunteer will be responsible for network administration, information technology tasks, troubleshooting, network security, and providing customer service. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.
Please note that this is an unpaid volunteer position, as we are an early-stage startup. However, we are actively working on securing funding and generating revenue through various channels.

Ce poste est un role benevole a distance ou hybride en tant que Benevole en TI et conception Web (UI/UX) chez Ecryate, situe a Montreal, QC. Le ou la benevole sera responsable de l'administration du reseau, de taches en technologies de l'information, du depannage, de la securite du reseau et du service a la clientele. Du travail a domicile est accepte pour ce poste.
Veuillez noter qu'il s'agit d'un poste benevole non remunere, car nous sommes une startup en phase de demarrage. Toutefois, nous travaillons activement a obtenir du financement et a generer des revenus par differents moyens.
Requirements
Network Administration, Information Technology, and Troubleshooting skills

• Network Security and Customer Service skills
• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Experience with web design tools and platforms
• Language Requirement: Fluent in English; French is an asset.
• Time Commitment: minimum 5 hours/week
