We are looking for a skilled and versatile IT Technician to join our team in Burlington, Ontario. In this role, you will handle a variety of technical tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network systems, and repairing various devices. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring seamless operations across a range of technology platforms.
Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues across devices such as laptops, desktops, and printers.

• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, including wired and wireless configurations.

• Perform installations and upgrades for both hardware and software components.

• Maintain and repair smart TVs, satellite systems, and other onboard entertainment technologies.

• Conduct cabling work to support network and device connectivity.

• Handle break-fix tasks, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

• Assist with maintaining and repairing navigation systems and other specialized equipment.

• Provide general technical support to address a wide range of user and system needs.

• Manage workstation setups, including assembly, configuration, and testing.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Proficiency in both PC and Mac operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with cabling and network systems.
• Familiarity with smart TVs and satellite systems, such as Starlink or Bell.
• Ability to perform hardware installations and upgrades.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to adapt to a variety of technical tasks as needed.
