Job description:
1.Full-time
2.Perform customer service. Answer customers\' phone, process emails, install our software and troubleshoot software and hardware issues via remoting in customers\' computers
3.work from 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday
4.we provide full training
5.Other duties as required
Requirement:
1.College or university graduate in computer area
2.Good at Windows computer operation
3.Good at Microsoft Excel, Word
4.Must be available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and punctual
5. one or two year IT support experience
6.Participate in after hours on-call support as required.
7.Excellent English, with a high level of written and oral communication skills. French is an asset
