Overview:
We are seeking an IT Technical Support Supervisor to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow with an MSP that is expanding. As an IT Technical Support Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to impact company growth in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

Managing level 1/2 techs and entire tech support infrastructure Microsoft 365/Google Workspace billing transfers and migrations Quoting on IT projects, hardware, and software Managing ticketing system and reports Escalation point for level 1/2 techs Overseeing maintenance of client IT infrastructure Creating DR plan, ensuring backups are running Creating IT documentation for clients Some after hours and weekend work based on client needs
Qualifications:

Formal Education:

College diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, network administration, or a related field.

Work Experience:

Work experience 3 to 5 years as a level 2 IT tech support or 1 year of supervising a tech support team.
