Overview
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network security, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supporting a variety of operating systems and platforms, including Windows 11 and Windows Server OS, ensuring smooth IT operations across the company. The IT Support position offers an engaging environment for problem-solving and continuous learning in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for health systems
- Setup and configure new computers, operating systems and software applications
- Monitor system performances, networks and servers to seamless operation
- Educate enduser for best practices, cybersecurity awareness and and efficient use of technology
- Document technical issues, solutions and maintenance activities
Job Requirements
- Knowledge in Kroll Pharmacy and Healthquest EMR health systems is preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support and IT administration
- Proficiency in multi-platform server operating systems (Linux, MacOS and Windows)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in customer service is preferred
- Class 5 Driver's License with clean driver's abstract
- Able to lift 50 to 70lbs
