Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Technical Services Engineer to support both technology and financial operations. The role involves managing IT systems, ensuring data integrity, and assisting with financial analysis, reporting, and automation to drive efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain IT infrastructure, applications, and user systems.
Managing PO and invoices with vendors, suppliers and IT contracts.
Support of IT and telephony equipments
AD management
Automate data workflows and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades or audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or combination of education and equivalent relevant experience.
6-10 years of experience in IT support
Strong skills in MS Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
