Are you an experienced IT professional with strong expertise in access provisioning and application support? If you excel at working in fast-paced environments, managing technical processes with accuracy, and ensuring compliance, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical operational initiatives at an enterprise level.
Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an IT Technical Analyst - Access Provisioning/AML who will be responsible for access provisioning, application support, and troubleshooting access-related issues. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate access provisioning while maintaining strong audit and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:

• Review and validate access request forms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate effectively with requesters to clarify requirements and provide updates.
• Provision and validate user access for multiple applications.
• Retain and maintain audit evidence in accordance with organizational standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to maintain smooth access operations.
• Utilize Outlook and Microsoft Excel effectively for reporting and tracking activities.
• Contribute to compliance and audit readiness by following established access control procedures.

Desired Skill Set:

• Proven application support experience.
• Strong access provisioning experience across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in report running and data validation.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SQL.
• Familiarity with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes.
• Previous banking or financial industry experience.
• Knowledge of automation or scripting tools (PowerShell, SAS, etc.) is an asset.
