It Systems And Network Consultant

Edmonton, AB, CA, Canada

Job Description

Overview

VSM Consulting has been an industry leader in remote and on-site IT solutions to clients across Alberta since 1993. We are expanding our team and

seeking an experienced IT Systems and Network Consultant in the Calgary region

for a hybrid role that balances working on-site, in Southern Alberta, with remote support to clients in other regions.

The right candidate thrives on solving technical challenges, communicates with confidence and clarity, and takes full ownership from diagnosis through resolution. This position demands professionalism, independence, and leadership, balanced with strong teamwork and collaboration skills. You will represent VSM Consulting directly at client sites and serve as a trusted technical advisor.

To succeed in this role, you must already live in Southern Alberta.

You must bring substantial hands-on experience in modern Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, including Windows Server (2016-2025), TCP/IP networking, and hardware infrastructure design and support.

This is a hybrid role, not a remote-only helpdesk position. If you're motivated by helping businesses succeed through technology and take pride in finding efficient, practical solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
