Nous recherchons un Administrateur Syst\xc3\xa8mes TI qualifi\xc3\xa9 poss\xc3\xa9dant une expertise en gestion d\'infrastructure sur site et cloud. En tant qu\'administrateur TI, vous superviserez et maintiendrez les infrastructures technologiques de notre organisation tout en garantissant son bon fonctionnement et des performances optimales. Dans ce r\xc3\xb4le, vous travaillerez en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe informatique, en collaborant sur des projets, en anticipant les probl\xc3\xa8mes et en mettant en \xc5\x93uvre des solutions performantes.

Principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

• G\xc3\xa9rer et maintenir l\'infrastructure sur site et bas\xc3\xa9e sur le cloud, en garantissant haute disponibilit\xc3\xa9, fiabilit\xc3\xa9 et s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9.
• Administrer les serveurs, les r\xc3\xa9seaux, les syst\xc3\xa8mes de stockage et autres composantes des infrastructures informatiques
• D\xc3\xa9ployer, configurer et mettre \xc3\xa0 niveau le mat\xc3\xa9riel, les logiciels et les syst\xc3\xa8mes d\'exploitation \xc3\xa0 travers diverses plateformes
• Surveiller les performances syst\xc3\xa8mes, r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes et effectuer les analyses n\xc3\xa9cessaires pour l\'identification de la source et la r\xc3\xa9solution des probl\xc3\xa8mes
• Mettre en \xc5\x93uvre et maintenir des plans de sauvegarde et de reprise apr\xc3\xa8s sinistre afin de toujours garantir la bonne continuit\xc3\xa9 des op\xc3\xa9rations
• Collaborer avec des \xc3\xa9quipes interfonctionnelles pour concevoir et mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des solutions d\'infrastructure qui r\xc3\xa9pondent aux besoins des op\xc3\xa9rations.

We seek a skilled IT System Administrator with expertise in on-premise and cloud infrastructure management. As an IT Administrator, you will oversee and maintain our organization\'s technology infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance. In this role, you will work closely with the IT team, collaborating on projects, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.
• Administer servers, networks, storage systems, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Deploy, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and operating systems across various platforms.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems.
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and services to improve system performance, security, and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications requises:

• Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en informatique, en technologie de l\'information ou domaine connexe
• +3 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en tant qu\'administrateur TI ou r\xc3\xb4le similaire, gestion sur site etinfrastructure cloud
• Solide connaissance de Microsoft : Active Directory, Azure AD, Strat\xc3\xa9gie de groupe, DHCP, DNS, serveurs de fichiers
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec la virtualisation Hyper-V et le clustering de basculement
• Bonne compr\xc3\xa9hension des commutateurs L2/L3, des pare-feu, des IDS/IPS, des VPN, du WiFi (Fortigate, MikroTik, Aruba, Gen\xc3\xa9vrier, Unifi)
• Ma\xc3\xaetrise de la gestion et des d\xc3\xa9pannages de Windows Servers et des syst\xc3\xa8mes Linux
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec AWS
• Motiv\xc3\xa9 et autonome

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience as an IT Administrator or similar role, managing on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft: Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, File servers.
• Experience with Hyper-V virtualization and Failover Clustering
• Good understanding of L2/L3 switches, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, WiFi (Fortigate, MikroTik, Aruba, Juniper, Unifi)
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows Server and Linux-based systems.
• Experience with AWS
• Self-motivated and autonomous

Nice to have:

• AWS certificate
• Experience with Azure and GCP
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, LibreNMS etc.)
• Scripting with PowerShell, Bash
• Experience with Office365 and Google Workspace
