Are you the kind of person who not only fixes tech problems but also teaches people how to prevent them in the future? Do you believe IT support is more than just "fixing things"--it's about empowering users with knowledge? If so, you sound like an EhOS kind of person!

Who We Are:

EhOS IT Solutions Inc. is a fast-growing IT services and solutions company based in Regina, proudly serving clients all over Saskatchewan. We're more than just tech support--we're trusted partners. Our mission? To help our clients reach their goals using technology. We don't just solve IT problems; we teach, empower, and build lasting relationships along the way.

What You'll Do:

Be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for IT support. Keep things running smoothly by triaging incoming requests--prioritizing, executing, and assigning tasks to the team. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues--then take it a step further by helping users understandthe fix. Make IT less intimidating--translate technical details into plain English for our clients so they feel confident using their tech. Provide hands-on IT support while educating clients on best practices and cybersecurity essentials. Tackle tier 1 and 2 support issues, from workstations and servers to mobile devices, networks, security, and even phone services. Provide both remote and on-site support, including travel within and outside of Regina, when needed. All travel remains within Saskatchewan. Keep detailed documentation of client networks, issues, and solutions. Follow standardized procedures (and improve them when necessary) to keep things efficient. Work with vendors and software teams to troubleshoot and restore services. Create training materials to help clients better understand their systems. Assist with IT projects that improve efficiency and drive real business value. Help non-tech users feel confident navigating their IT environment. Stay in the know--maintain a solid understanding of each client's IT environment. Stay ahead of the curve--participate in training, earn certifications, and keep up with new technologies. Always respect client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care. Spot recurring issues and suggest ways to improve our service. Take on additional tasks as needed--we're a team, and we help each other out!

What We're Looking For:

A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field--or equivalent experience that proves you've got the skills. 1-2 years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting, or a similar role. A passion for helping non-technical users feel more comfortable with technology. Excellent communication skills--you can explain complex concepts without the tech jargon. A customer-first mindset, whether you're helping in person, over the phone, or via email. Strong troubleshooting skills--you love solving puzzles and thinking on your feet. The ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying cool under pressure. A patient and friendly attitude, especially when users are frustrated. A drive to constantly learn, improve, and expand your IT skills. A desire to be part of a growing company where your contributions make a real impact. A valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle (some highway and city travel required). The ability to work independently and as part of a team--we're big on collaboration!

What We Offer:

A fast-paced, collaborative environment where learning never stops. Opportunities to grow your IT skills and pursue certifications. Competitive salary and benefits package -- vacation & personal time, group health benefits, professional development funds, FREE! Onsite parking, business casual dress, company events. Tools and technology to support your job requirements. A fun, supportive team that values both hard work and a good laugh.
