Join our dynamic IT team and play a key role in supporting our offices in Ottawa, Kanata, and Gatineau - while contributing to national IT initiatives that keep our entire organization connected and efficient.
Your Responsibilities
Provide on-site support to our three offices in the Ottawa, Kanata, and Gatineau region, responding to incidents and service requests with a client-focused approach.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary, to ensure minimal disruption for our teams.
Document IT systems, procedures, and all resolution activities in our ticketing system.
Perform preventive maintenance on systems, servers, and network-connected equipment.
Participate in key IT system deployments and solution implementation projects across Canada.
Collaborate on process improvements and system enhancements to optimize performance and user experience.
Manage IT equipment inventory and contribute to the equipment renewal cycle.
Your Profile
Professional or advanced diploma in IT Administration, Networking, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken, to support colleagues across Canada.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, VMWare, and ticketing systems.
Adaptable, flexible, and eager to continuously improve processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of teamwork.
Customer service mindset - you enjoy helping people and providing an exceptional user experience.
