Job Description

In this IT Support Team Lead role, you\'ll be working on a wide variety of IT systems for a number of related businesses in the real estate management industry. This portfolio of properties includes several residential and commercial locations in the Vancouver Lower Mainland.

In this position, you\'ll be focused on all the familiar systems related to corporate IT, Windows, Office365, etc. But on top of this, you will also manage a number of hardware and software systems related to building access, security cameras, remote data connections, and more. So as you can tell, this role will offer a lot of variety and many chances to get exposure to different kinds of devices and systems. If you like learning and researching new systems, this could be a great role for you.

On top of all this, you\'ll also be providing leadership and mentorship to other members of the IT team. You\'ll be working with them to set up standard operating procedures, and tracking and asset management for all the various software and devices across the business units.

This is a full-time position that includes a competitive base salary, extended health and dental benefits, and paid vacation.

One of the attractive parts of this job is the chance to work on a wide variety of systems. The systems go well beyond the normal stuff related to Windows and office IT. For example, building access and security cameras would also be included in your responsibilities. So in that sense, there are lots of good challenges and learning opportunities.
