IT Support Specialist

to manage our technology infrastructure and keep our team running efficiently.

What You'll Do:

Microsoft 365 administration and email security--keeping our communications protected and efficient. Maintain critical business applications including Sage 300, Technisoft Service Manager, ClickUp, and GPS tracking systems. Handle all aspects of hardware management--installation, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance for laptops, desktops, printers, and copiers. Manage and maintain our VOIP phone system. Apple device management. Provide responsive end-user support and training to help our team maximize technology. Data inventory management.

What We're Looking For:

A motivated, tech-savvy professional who can work independently, communicate clearly with non-technical users, troubleshoot efficiently, and grow alongside our expanding operations. You'll be the technology expert our team relies on daily.

Requirements:

Microsoft 365 certification with strong understanding of email security and threat protection 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT support role
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
