Sheridan College is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to our students and staff. This role is crucial in maintaining the functionality of IT systems and ensuring a positive technological experience within the college community.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for computers, printers, and peripherals.
Provide in-person, phone, and remote support for technical inquiries.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
Collaborate with the IT team to enhance system functionality and user accessibility.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an IT support role or a similar position.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting network issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $21.00-$37.00 per hour
