We're seeking a skilled

IT Support Specialist

to help maintain and optimize the technology that keeps our operations running smoothly.

Reporting to the Corporate Operations team, the IT Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing Luxuria's IT infrastructure. This includes managing user accounts and systems, performing data entry and documentation, and ensuring reliable system performance through proactive maintenance and support.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and support the local domain server, Active Directory, and overall network environment Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and workstation setups for new hires Install, configure, and maintain key business applications including Sage 50, QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, and other operational tools Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (remote and onsite) Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date system records, configurations, and device logs Develop simple PowerShell or batch scripts to automate recurring tasks and improve efficiency Create and manage Group Policies (GPOs) to ensure security and consistency Track hardware inventory, software licensing, and system backups Collaborate with management to plan upgrades, optimize systems, and reduce downtime Other related tasks as required

Requirements



2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and domain environments Experience with Mitchell systems (Repair Center, Connect) is a strong asset Familiarity with Sage 50, QuickBooks, and Microsoft 365 Knowledge of Group Policy and basic scripting (PowerShell preferred) Excellent troubleshooting, organization, and record-keeping skills Self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving abilities Valid Class 5 License - travel between sites will be required
