Under the direction of the IT Manager, this position is responsible for supporting technical & operations needs of the business:
Support/maintain corporate ERP system (Macola), MS Office 365 (via Admin Center), Crystal Reports, and other corporate apps.
Windows Server administration, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, etc.
Troubleshoot Desktop / Laptop Operating system issues, software configuration and upgrades.
Company website maintenance & update.
Some programming using MS TSQL query, MS Access, VBA, and C# etc. (mainly for maintaining and upgrading current systems).
Under the direction of IT manager, participate in continued population of Knowledge Management and overall optimization of process flow,
Perform operations routines including data entry and logistics management, etc.
- Help 4 - 5 staff members with IT needs, troubleshoot and problem-solving as required.
Key Qualifications:
- Skilled in organizational development,
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in related role,
- Post-secondary degree or certificate in Computer Science or related discipline an asset.
Daily routine including:
Monitoring general healthiness of Cloud hosted Windows Servers
Checking data backup jobs, MS SQL jobs, and Event jobs
Troubleshoot and solve users' technical issues.
Maintain and improve corporate IS infrastructure using MS TSQL query, MS Access, VBA, and C
Required Experience:
- Current knowledge on Microsoft Windows Servers, SQL Server, MS Office 365, etc...
- Experience in Windows 10 and up, advanced knowledge in Word & Excel
- Database Administration experience
- entry level programming experience using VB, MS Visual C#, and Joomla, etc.

Pay: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
