Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues and system errors.
Assist in the setup of new equipment and ensure proper functionality.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance checks.
Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of support requests.
Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance IT services.
Requirements
Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with various operating systems Windows is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus but not mandatory.
