Summary: In this role you will be the superuser for all Body Energy Club IT and LS Retail systems. You will ensure that all data is accurate and up to date, monitor vendor price changes, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise with internal software or hardware used by the company while reporting to the Inventory Purchaser. Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and maintain an audit calendar for all vendors that will include costs, discounts, retail, and MAP
In charge for reviewing price lists and flag MAP violations with our vendors
Complete price changes and audit stores to ensure accuracy
Responsible of the management of internal hardware troubleshooting and setup, such as but not limited to:
Printer Troubleshooting and Support:
Device being recognized by computers, software, drivers etc.
Network and USB TM-T88V Epson printers, Brother printers etc.
Hardware installation, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting as needed
OS support and password/user maintenance assistance
Disk space management
Software support of LS Retail, Office programs, G-suite and email
Antivirus and Remote Desktop applications - work with EC to make sure these are installed
Troubleshooting as needed for peripherals: barcode scanner, handheld Janam scanner, etc.
Network Troubleshooting and Support:
Ensure all stores are online
Provide troubleshooting and on-site assistance in the case of an outage
Troubleshooting and maintenance for Sonicwall, Netgear switch, Shaw modem, Ubiquiti wifi access point
Shaw account management, Static IPs etc.
Email and Google Workspace:
Email account set up, maintenance, password reset, 2FA
Maintenance on email aliases, groups, forwarding addresses etc.
Support on google sheets, drive, forms as needed
MS Office account support for specific users
Scansnap Scanner, Hubdoc, set up and Maintenance:
Scansnap device set up and troubleshooting as needed - configure to scan locally and to HubDoc
Scansnap Cloud/Google/HubDoc integration - make sure everything syncs and is online
System Software/LS Retail support:
Superuser for store support on various LS Retail related tasks such as
Users, permissions, touchscreen configuration, customer account issues/mergers/point issues, GC/SC assignment and maintenance, item/barcode issues, integrated emailer, receipt info and more
Minimum Job Requirements:
Flexible schedule availability required for Monday to Friday during business operations
Not limited to weekends if required to resolve high priority issues
Maintain constant punctual attendance and contribute to positive team morale
Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and vehicle preferred
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
Experience:
2 years of experience in CRM role (preferred, but not required)
Experience with Microsoft Business Central is considered an asset
Excel, pivot tables, and Google Suite is an asset

Must obtain good verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and pride yourself of accuracy and efficiency

Ability to learn and operate new software as required

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
Requires extended sitting at a computer or other connected device
Occasional travel to multiple store locations to support on an as needed basis
Requires the ability to see, hear and communicate with associates as well as others by utilizing professional etiquette
