. This role involves hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and providing excellent end-user support for a key client.
Key Responsibilities
Provide local and remote IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Assist with user setup, domain join, and smart card configuration
Reimage and deploy systems as needed
Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking
Respond to service requests using ticketing tools
Ensure compliance with internal IT procedures and security policies
Required Skills
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Windows (7/8/10), Office 365, and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with imaging and reimaging devices
Knowledge of LAN, VPN, remote access, and smart card technology
Experience with Apple devices (iPhones, iPads) is a plus
