About the Role
We're looking for a motivated
Entry-Level IT Support Technician
to provide hands-on technical support for a key client in Fort Saskatchewan.This is a
temporary assignment starting in December
, and you will serve as ourgo-to contractor
for ongoing and future on-site support needs. It's a great opportunity to gain real-world IT experience in a professional environment while supporting enterprise-level systems.What You'll Do
Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with device setup, imaging/reimaging, and domain joins. Maintain accurate documentation and update tickets promptly.
What You Bring
Basic knowledge of
Windows OS
,Office 365
, andnetworking (LAN/VPN)
. Strong communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills. Reliable, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team. Familiarity withApple devices
