To meet the growing demand for our product we\xe2\x80\x99re currently seeking an individual for IT Support who is available either for Summer Term or full-time permanent employment. In this position you will form various production components and ensure quality work is maintained through every step. Your responsibilities will include: \xc2\xb7 Being the first point of contact for IT issues \xc2\xb7 Diagnosing and resolving technical problems by users \xc2\xb7 Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions \xc2\xb7 Installing and preparing workstations and IT Equipment \xc2\xb7 Keeping documentation updated on assets and standard work procedures \xc2\xb7 Making recommendations on hardware and workflow improvements \xc2\xb7 Researching new technologies and threats on an ongoing basis We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For: \xc2\xb7 Excellent problem solving skills \xc2\xb7 Able to work on your own with little direction \xc2\xb7 Good communication skills \xc2\xb7 Analytical skills and attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Ability to measure and adapt to new innovative designs \xc2\xb7 A passion for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction \xc2\xb7 Experience in IT Support an asset In addition to a competitive salary, benefits, and pension plan, we offer a dynamic, growing workplace that provides opportunities for all staff to have an impact.
