Harvest after harvest, our mission is to produce world-class farm equipment for the needs of the progressive farmer. To meet the growing demand for our product we\xe2\x80\x99re currently seeking an individual for IT Support who is available either for Summer Term or full-time permanent employment. In this position you will form various production components and ensure quality work is maintained through every step. Your responsibilities will include:

• Being the first point of contact for IT issues
• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems by users
• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
• Installing and preparing workstations and IT Equipment
• Keeping documentation updated on assets and standard work procedures
• Making recommendations on hardware and workflow improvements
• Researching new technologies and threats on an ongoing basis

• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to measure and adapt to new innovative designs
• A passion for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
• Experience in IT Support an asset
