For more information, go toSenior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Okta)As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be part of a core team that designs and executes IT infrastructure solutions for our global organization. You will work with other IT teams to ensure the availability, performance, and security of our corporate IT systems and services. You will also participate in various IT projects, such as migrations, upgrades, integrations, and deployments, and provide technical guidance and support to other engineers and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure components, such as Microsoft 365 Enterprise, business applications, network devices, cloud services, and virtualization platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues and incidents, and provide root cause analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor and optimize the IT infrastructure performance, capacity, and availability, and implement proactive measures to prevent issues and outages.
• Develop and update IT infrastructure documentation, policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new IT solutions and technologies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations and services.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments, such as engineering, product management, finance, HR, and operations, to understand their IT needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and support.
• Manage and execute IT projects, such as migrations, upgrades, integrations, and deployments, and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications and standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other IT engineers and staff, and share knowledge and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, administration, or support, preferably in a large and complex IT environment.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Enterprise, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
• Develop scalable and resilient features to integrate Fine Grained Authorization (FGA) into Okta\'s Customer Identity Cloud (CIC).
• Utilize relationship-based access control (ReBAC) for flexible, fine-grained authorization at any scale.
• Enhance the Customer Identity Cloud to support robust access management solutions for customer-facing applications.
• Leverage Okta\'s Zero Trust architecture in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to address security and operational challenges in the modern cloud environment.
• Think in terms of systems, services, and APIs.
• Experience with Linux and Windows server operating systems and administration, including scripting, automation, and security.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex IT problems, provide effective solutions and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with different teams and stakeholders.
• Nite to have: certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, CCNA, AWS, or Azure. And any experience with networking technologies and protocols.
