Posting Description:IT Specialist xe2x80x93 Technology OperationsWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an IT Specialist. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all Corporate Real Estate (CRE) projects across North America. This position involves a focus on project management excellence, critical business knowledge, and active participation in the ongoing Technology changes to adapt to business needs.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. • Efficiently plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of CRE projects to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and maintain project schedules.

Knowledge Continuity:

• Act as a key backup during the absence of key stakeholders, ensuring a seamless transition and preventing disruptions to business operations.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of processes and workflows to facilitate knowledge continuity.

Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for upcoming projects, including those with high visibility in locations such as Chicago, Lincolnshire, and Toronto.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes and organizational success.

• In-depth knowledge of CRE processes and workflows, ensuring knowledge continuity.
• Familiarity with Information Technology transitions and experience in managing projects during system changes is a plus.
