Xerox Digital Sales is recruiting for an IT Sales Executive who will be responsible for selling a variety of Managed IT Services (MITS), hardware product solutions. The IT Sales Executive, will be responsible for developing strategies focused on IT Hardware sales activity with existing Xerox and Non Xerox Clients. Key activities inside this role are to prospect, Identify, qualify and close business in the IT Hardware portfolio. In addition, uncover opportunities for IT Solutions professional services and security and cloud solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify prospects inside and outside the customer base of Xerox Business Solutions.
  • Gain initial appointment, generally with a CIO, CEO, President, Owner or other key decision makers within the SMB space.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Determine customer pain points as it relates to IT Technology and management of their IT environment.
  • Conduct opportunity follow-up.
  • Communicate strong value propositions, deliver professional proposals, adapt to customer requirements, and improve customer success
  • Prepare proposals and contracts for clients focused on the Value Proposition of Xerox
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop opportunities and qualify/quantify leads.
  • Gains a specified number of new accounts each month by effective telemarketing, networking and cold calling campaigns
  • Develops and tracks opportunities in the Salesforce
  • Build a trusted advisor status with key decision makers and decision influencers



Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about technology and innovation with experience in the IT sector
  • Proven sales / consulting experience and track record for consistently achieving sales revenue and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to self-develop and to continuously expand your knowledge about your clients and Xerox
  • Ability to identify and develop effective relationships with clients and engage internal resources to drive advanced selling opportunities
  • Knowledge regarding competitive landscape, industry trends and vertical markets
  • In depth knowledge of competitor products, solution offerings and market in which Xerox competes to ensure the successful positioning of Xerox solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively when developing solutions
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office tools and CRM\xe2\x80\x99s
