As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing and enhancing cybersecurity maturity controls based on NIST CSF 2.0. You will communicate maturity assessment results and work collaboratively to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze information required for the evaluation of cybersecurity maturity controls based on NIST CSF 2.0.
• Identify opportunities for cybersecurity program optimization, growth, scalability, and improvements, and provide recommended courses of action.
• Report maturity assessment results and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Conduct risk assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to determine appropriate treatment plans for identified risks.
• Develop action plans for risk remediation.
• Perform other related duties as requested by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in telecommunications or computer science with a specialization in telecommunications, or equivalent.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Cybersecurity.
• In-depth knowledge of the NIST CSF framework.
• Preferred certifications: ITIL, CISSP, CISM, and CISA.
• Aerospace industry knowledge is considered an asset.
• Strong initiative, leadership, customer orientation, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and results-oriented.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
