Alteo is looking for an IT Security Specialist for a permanent position based in Boucherville.

*** 90% remote: 1 day per 2 weeks at the office in Boucherville or Victoriaville ***

Reporting to the Director of Networks, Security and Infrastructure, you will analyze and implement solutions to protect applications and data, in collaboration with the team responsible for our data centers.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in security committee meetings
• Participate within the security committee in the analysis and design of innovative technological solutions in the field of security.
• Support managers in the realization of the mandates of the safety committee in order to achieve business objectives
• Audit hosted infrastructures and corporate environments for security and make recommendations.
• Implement safety recommendations
• Apply IT security procedures/standards and document solutions
• Contribute to the implementation of patches regarding potential security breaches
• Analyze cyber security bulletins and recommend patches to be implemented
• Implementing appropriate security methods and tools (access card, backup system, etc.) while supporting their implementation with users.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality and security
• Ensure that the infrastructure is well monitored and maintain system consistency with other hosted systems
• Ensure compliance of backups, tests of backups and tests of recoveries
• Train and work in collaboration with all members of the network, security and infrastructure team

Profile :

• AEC/DEC/BAC in IT or the equivalent
• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge in computer security
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows server (2003-2019), Active directory, Microsoft Exchange, SQL operating systems.
• Excellent knowledge of networks (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of virtualization with VMWare and Hyper-V tools
• Excellent knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, AppAssure)
• Very good knowledge of the infrastructure (SAN)
• Very good knowledge of Linux/Unix
• Experience in data center operations
• Knowledge in telecommunications
• Safety certification (asset)
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 (asset)
• Versatile and flexible
• Knowledge of the industry\'s best security practices

Sous la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 du Directeur r\xc3\xa9seaux, s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et infrastructures, vous aurez \xc3\xa0 analyser et mettre en place des solutions pour prot\xc3\xa9ger les applications et les donn\xc3\xa9es, et ce en collaboration avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe responsable de nos centres de donn\xc3\xa9es.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :

• Participer aux rencontres du comit\xc3\xa9 de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9
• Participer au sein du comit\xc3\xa9 s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 l\'analyse et \xc3\xa0 la conception des solutions technologiques innovantes au niveau de la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9
• Appuyer les gestionnaires dans la r\xc3\xa9alisation des mandats du comit\xc3\xa9 de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 afin d\'atteindre les objectifs d\'affaires
• Auditer les infrastructures h\xc3\xa9berg\xc3\xa9es, les environnements corporatifs au niveau de la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et \xc3\xa9mettre des recommandations
• Mettre en place des recommandations de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9
• Appliquer les proc\xc3\xa9dures/standards TI en termes de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et documenter les solutions
• Contribuer \xc3\xa0 la mise en place de correctifs concernant des failles de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 potentielles
• Analyser les bulletins de cybers\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et recommander des correctifs \xc3\xa0 mettre en place
• Mettre en place des m\xc3\xa9thodes et outils de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 adapt\xc3\xa9s (carte d\'acc\xc3\xa8s, syst\xc3\xa8me de backup, etc.) tout en accompagnant leur implantation aupr\xc3\xa8s des utilisateurs
• S\'assurer de l\'int\xc3\xa9grit\xc3\xa9, de la confidentialit\xc3\xa9 et de la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 des donn\xc3\xa9es
• S\'assurer que les infrastructures sont bien monitor\xc3\xa9es et pr\xc3\xa9server la coh\xc3\xa9rence du syst\xc3\xa8me avec les autres syst\xc3\xa8mes h\xc3\xa9berg\xc3\xa9s
• S\'assurer de la conformit\xc3\xa9 des sauvegardes, tests des sauvegardes et tests de rel\xc3\xa8ves
• Former et travailler en collaboration avec tous les membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe r\xc3\xa9seau, s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et infrastructure

Profil :

• AEC/DEC/BAC en TI ou l\'\xc3\xa9quivalent
• 3+ ann\xc3\xa9es d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un r\xc3\xb4le similaire
• Excellente connaissance en s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 informatique
• Excellente connaissance des syst\xc3\xa8mes d\'exploitation Microsoft Windows serveur (2003-2019), Active directory, Microsoft Exchange, SQL
• Excellente connaissance des r\xc3\xa9seaux (commutateurs, routeurs, pare-feu, etc.)
• Excellente connaissance de la virtualisation avec les outils VMWare et Hyper-V
