Who You Are
In-between jobs and looking for supplementary income.
Currently working and able to contribute
3-7.5 hours per day
recruiting to supplement income.
A recent graduate or early in your career, eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and sales.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, focused on meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, and an ATS to manage candidate pipelines and client relationships.
Ready to receive full training in both recruitment and sales processes.
Interested in working with a supportive team where you can grow your skills, earn unlimited commissions, and make an impact.
Time Commitment
You are responsible for attending a daily stand-up meeting from
9:00-9:30 a.m.
to receive the key recruitment approach for the day's open role(s).
During this meeting, you will:
Discuss the open role(s) assigned.
Provide search updates from the previous day.
Submit new candidates and review their progress.
This daily structure ensures alignment, collaboration, and consistent success across the team.
What You'll Be Doing
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various tech and business roles.
Build pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, and our ATS.
Meet recruitment and sales KPIs.
Develop and maintain client and candidate relationships.
Contribute to team success through collaboration and consistent results.
Receive full training across recruitment and sales disciplines.
Compensation
This role is
100% commission-based
.
You are compensated a
full commission percentage
for every successful candidate placement.
You also earn a
percentage of the placement fee
for each candidate you submitted who interviews for a role that ultimately fills.
