  • 7 years of recent experience in providing services of similar scope and complexity in the public sector demonstrating knowledge and understanding related to health research, ethics, and/or privacy.
  • Led teams in consensus building with members from across public sector organizations such as ministries, agencies, authorities, crown corporations, and other public entities. o Consensus building will include multiple stakeholders typically involving interactions with a cross-discipline team represented by several interested parties.
  • Creating, identifying, and articulating strategic objectives.
  • Translating objectives into business plans.
  • Managing and creating working relationships within a complex policy environment (business and social policies).
Business AnalystThe team is required to have one Business Analyst with the following skills and experience:
  • 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 recent experience working within complex projects with diverse stakeholder groups ranging from subject matter experts to senior leaders across multiple organizations, (4 or more).
  • Led multi-disciplined or single-disciplined teams in a business initiative to design and align new business systems with business processes.
  • Identifying and modeling business needs and developing and presenting business cases for potential solutions.

  • Three (3) years of working within complex projects with diverse stakeholder groups ranging from subject matter experts to senior leaders across multiple organizations, (4 or more).

  • Tracking, coordination, and identification of issues as they affect project charters and plans.
  • Writing, analyzing, and editing of project plans and reports.
Communications and Change ManagerThe team is required to have one Communications and Change Manager with the following skills and experience:
  • 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 recent experience working within the public health sector implementing a large-scale change impacting multiple organizations across different departments.
  • Certification in change management, such as the Prosci Change Management Certification or the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
  • Development of comprehensive communication plans and materials, with clear, compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences. Ensuring transparency and cultural competency throughout the change process.
