IT Project Manager

About the Role

As an

IT Project Manager,

you will be responsible on planning, organizing, and coordinating internal projects, communication, and alignment activities for MSP Corp. This consists of planning and carrying out project plans, regular touch points with the stakeholders, facilitating partnerships and synergies, and being a driver - ensuring projects and engagement of stakeholders to ensure all stays to plan. This role will involve coordinating various projects within the company to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing internal projects effectively.

Schedule

: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

: Remote or Hybrid

What You Will Do

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of internal projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and priorities. Work closely with key stakeholders to allocate resources, including personnel, time, and budget, for each project. Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations. Develop and maintain project schedules and charters, identifying critical milestones and dependencies to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful project outcomes. Facilitate regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items. Implement quality control measures to monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet or exceed company standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.

What We Are Looking For

Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator, preferably in an internal project management capacity. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with project management software tools is a plus. Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and related tools Project management software, ConnectWise
