Job Description

We? are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting platform that will transform how our organization manages financial performance. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology, with hands-on experience implementing tools such as Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar systems integrated with SAP or other ERPs.
What You? Will Do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of financial planning and forecasting system implementations.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements, KPIs, and success measures.
• Drive process improvements and automation within planning, budgeting, and reporting cycles.
• Manage governance, risks, testing, and quality assurance across project phases.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless deployment and user adoption.

What You Bring?:

• Strong understanding of financial processes (FP&A, reporting, compliance).
• Proven success managing large-scale IT or finance system projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Your ?Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT project management experience, including implementations of planning and forecasting tools integrated with ERP systems.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification required.
• Background in consumer goods, manufacturing, or similar industries is an asset.
