Job Title: IT Project Manager ERP

Overview:

My client seeking a Project Manager with 5-7 years of experience in managing IT projects and having worked on projects as a business analyst in his career to join their team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments of software applications or solutions to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate must be a team player, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You should have a proven track record of managing complex integration projects (ERP), excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of business processes ideally with Supply chain, Asset management, production cycle and a good expertise with Microsoft Dynamics (is an asset).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams. Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to track milestone deliverables. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure project success. Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to support project objectives and timelines. Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams involved in the integration process. Monitor and report on project progress, status, and budget to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices throughout the integration lifecycle. Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, project management, or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant business experience working with multiple ERP platforms such as SAP ECC, JDE E1 are assets and ideally some experiences with Microsoft Dynamics (D365). Proven experience as a Project Manager leading business integration projects within a complex organizational environment.

Having worked on projects as a business analyst in his career and have some experiences in change management.

Strong understanding of business processes (Supply chain, asset Management, production cycle), systems integration, and enterprise-wide project management methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Strong proficiency in English; bilingualism is an asset.

Project management certification is an asset.

Experience with business process reengineering, ERP systems, and/or CRM systems integration is highly desirable.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. Experience using monday.com is highly desirable.
