Partner for Success: Forge strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams to accelerate outcomes.
Champion Governance: Implement frameworks that ensure data is trusted, accessible, and ready for action.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, engineering or equivalent.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage diverse stakeholder groups and lead cross-functional agile
teams.
Proven strategic leadership in Data and Analytics with 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience; utility sector
experience preferred.
Proven expertise in data discovery, modeling, AI, including data science workflows, analytics tools, and solution
architecture.
Strong knowledge of data sourcing, preparation, quality, and governance.
Familiarity with ethical, privacy, and regulatory considerations in analytics deployment.
Solid foundation in IT systems and enterprise architecture.
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex analytics solutions.
Self-starter with high results orientation and the ability to quickly make decisions.
Strong knowledge of modern analytics platforms (Microsoft Fabric and SAP BDC is preferred).

The Enterprise Analytics team employs a hybrid DevOps operating model that supports both full-service and self-service
delivery, ensuring flexibility to meet the diverse needs of all business units.
